Salon Details
Salon details are the core information about your business. They’re set during initial setup and can be updated at any time from Settings → Salon Details.
Only owners and admins can edit salon details.
Salon name
Section titled “Salon name”Your salon’s display name. Appears throughout the app and in emails sent to clients.
To change it: Settings → Salon Details → Salon Name → edit and save.
Address
Section titled “Address”Your salon’s physical address. Used for location-based features and displayed in client communications.
To change it: Settings → Salon Details → Address → update the fields and save. You can search using the address lookup to auto-fill details.
Fields:
- Street address
- City
- Postal / ZIP code
- Country
Currency
Section titled “Currency”The currency used to display service prices throughout the app. Set this to the currency you charge clients in.
To change it: Settings → Salon Details → Currency → select from the list.
Changing the currency does not convert existing prices — it only changes the symbol displayed. Update your service prices separately after changing currency if needed.
Timezone
Section titled “Timezone”Your salon’s local timezone. This ensures appointment times, availability, and reminders are calculated correctly.
To change it: Settings → Salon Details → Timezone → search by city or UTC offset and select.
Opening hours
Section titled “Opening hours”Your salon’s operating hours — the days and times your business is open. The booking flow respects these hours when generating available appointment slots.
To set opening hours: Settings → Salon Details → Opening Hours.
For one-off exceptions (public holidays, special events), use date overrides to set different hours or mark a specific day as closed. See Business Hours for details.
