Preferences
Adjust how Glowcheck looks and behaves from Settings → Preferences.
Language
Section titled “Language”Glowcheck is available in:
- English
- Español (Spanish)
- Italiano (Italian)
Changing the language updates all text across the app immediately. Your data — service names, client notes, salon details — is stored as you entered it and is not translated.
To change: Settings → Language → select your preferred language.
Hour format
Section titled “Hour format”Choose how times are displayed throughout the app:
- 12-hour — times shown as 9:00 AM / 3:30 PM
- 24-hour — times shown as 09:00 / 15:30
This setting affects the calendar, appointment details, availability screens, and all other time displays.
To change: Settings → Hour Format → select your preference.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Control which push notifications Glowcheck sends to your device from Settings → Notifications.
You can enable or disable notification types based on your preferences. If you’ve turned off notifications at the iOS system level, you’ll need to re-enable them in your iPhone’s Settings app under Glowcheck.
Note: Push notification settings are per-device. Each team member controls their own notification preferences.
Currency
Section titled “Currency”Currency is a salon-wide setting, not a personal preference. It’s configured by the salon owner during setup and applies to all service prices across the app.
To change the salon currency: Settings → Salon Details → tap Currency.
