Adding a Client

You can add clients from the Clients tab or directly during the appointment booking flow.

  1. Go to the Clients tab.
  2. Tap the + button in the top-right corner.
  3. Fill in the client’s details.
  4. Tap Save.

When creating a new appointment, if your client isn’t in the system yet, tap New Client in the customer selection step. Enter their details and they’ll be saved and selected in one step — no need to visit the Clients tab separately.

  • A phone number or email address (or both) is recommended so you can reach clients easily if you need to change their appointment.
  • Without an email address, the client cannot receive automated appointment reminders.
  • Notes are a good place to record preferences, allergies, or anything else relevant to the client’s visits.
