Adding a Client
You can add clients from the Clients tab or directly during the appointment booking flow.
From the Clients tab
Section titled “From the Clients tab”- Go to the Clients tab.
- Tap the + button in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the client’s details.
- Tap Save.
From the booking flow
Section titled “From the booking flow”When creating a new appointment, if your client isn’t in the system yet, tap New Client in the customer selection step. Enter their details and they’ll be saved and selected in one step — no need to visit the Clients tab separately.
Client fields

- A phone number or email address (or both) is recommended so you can reach clients easily if you need to change their appointment.
- Without an email address, the client cannot receive automated appointment reminders.
- Notes are a good place to record preferences, allergies, or anything else relevant to the client’s visits.
