Understanding Your Subscription

When you create a Glowcheck account, you start with a free trial that gives you full access to all features. The trial end date is visible on the subscription screen in Settings.

When your trial expires, certain features will become restricted until you subscribe.

Glowcheck Gold is the paid subscription plan. Pricing is based on the number of team members (seats) in your salon.

Use the slider on the subscription screen to select how many seats you need. The monthly price updates as you adjust. A seat covers one active staff member — owners always occupy one seat.

  1. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription.
  2. Choose the number of seats using the slider.
  3. Tap Subscribe and confirm through the App Store.

Payment is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple ID.

If you’re eligible for an introductory offer (e.g. first 3 months free or discounted), it will appear automatically on the subscription screen. Eligibility is determined by Apple based on your Apple ID.

To redeem an offer code, tap Redeem Offer Code on the subscription screen.

Go to Settings → Manage Subscription to:

  • See your current plan and renewal date
  • Change the number of seats
  • Restore a previous purchase
  • Cancel your subscription

If your team grows or shrinks, update your seat count from the subscription screen. Changes take effect at your next renewal date.

If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device, tap Restore Purchases to reactivate your existing subscription.

Tap Cancel Subscription on the subscription screen. You’ll be asked to provide a reason for cancelling. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation is managed through your Apple ID — you can also cancel via the App Store under your subscription settings.
