Subscription Management
Manage your Glowcheck Gold subscription from Settings → Manage Subscription.
Only the salon owner can manage subscriptions.
Your current plan
Section titled “Your current plan”The subscription screen shows:
- Whether you’re on a trial or an active plan
- Your current seat count
- Your next renewal date (for active subscriptions) or trial end date
Glowcheck Gold
Section titled “Glowcheck Gold”Glowcheck Gold is a seat-based subscription — pricing scales with the number of active staff members in your salon. Each active team member occupies one seat. The owner’s account always occupies one seat.
Changing your seat count
Section titled “Changing your seat count”If your team grows or shrinks:
- Go to Settings → Manage Subscription.
- Use the seat slider to adjust the number of seats.
- Confirm the change.
Changes take effect at your next renewal date. You won’t be charged more or less until then.
Subscribing for the first time
Section titled “Subscribing for the first time”- Go to Settings → Manage Subscription.
- Choose the number of seats you need.
- Tap Subscribe.
- Confirm payment through the App Store prompt.
Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID on the renewal date.
Introductory offers
Section titled “Introductory offers”If you’re eligible for an introductory offer, it appears automatically on the subscription screen. Tap Redeem Offer Code to apply a promotional code.
Restoring a purchase
Section titled “Restoring a purchase”If you reinstall Glowcheck or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases to reactivate your subscription. This is also useful if a purchase was made but the app didn’t recognise it.
Cancelling your subscription
Section titled “Cancelling your subscription”- Go to Settings → Manage Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Select a reason and confirm.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, you’ll be limited to view-only access until you resubscribe.
You can also manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Glowcheck.
What happens when a subscription ends
Section titled “What happens when a subscription ends”If your subscription expires and is not renewed:
- Booking new appointments will be restricted
- Existing appointment data is preserved
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access
