In-app help
Section titled “In-app help”Tap Settings → Help & Feedback to reach the support options available from within the app.
Contacting support
Section titled “Contacting support”If you run into a problem that isn’t covered in this help centre, reach out to the Glowcheck support team via the contact link in Settings → Help & Feedback.
When contacting support, it helps to include:
- A description of what you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your device model and iOS version (found in iPhone Settings → General → About)
- Any error message you saw
Sending feedback
Section titled “Sending feedback”Use Settings → Help & Feedback → Send Feedback to share suggestions, report bugs, or let us know what’s working well. Your feedback directly shapes how Glowcheck improves.
Common questions
Section titled “Common questions”I can’t log in. Check that you’re using the correct email address. If you’ve forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password on the login screen to receive a reset email. If you signed up with Apple, use Sign in with Apple instead.
My appointment isn’t showing on the calendar. Check the selected date in the calendar. Cancelled appointments are hidden from the calendar by default. Confirmed, pending, and completed appointments are all visible.
A staff member can’t see the calendar. Make sure their invitation has been accepted and their account is active. Staff members see appointments for all staff once they’re logged in.
I’m being asked to subscribe. Your free trial has ended. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription to choose a plan and restore full access.
