Creating Your Account
Signing up as a salon owner
Section titled “Signing up as a salon owner”- Open the Glowcheck app and tap Get Started.
- Enter your full name, phone number, email address, and a password.
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then tap Create Account.
- You’ll be taken through the salon setup flow to configure your business.
Phone number format
Section titled “Phone number format”Select your country code from the picker before entering your number. Glowcheck uses your phone number for account identification and support purposes.
Password requirements
Section titled “Password requirements”Your password must meet minimum strength requirements shown as you type. Choose something you don’t use elsewhere.
Signing in with Apple
Section titled “Signing in with Apple”On the registration screen, tap Sign in with Apple to create your account using your Apple ID. No password is required — your Apple ID handles authentication.
If you sign up with Apple and later want to set a Glowcheck password (for example, to log in on another device), you can do so from Settings → Profile → Set Password.
Signing in to an existing account
Section titled “Signing in to an existing account”- Open the app and tap Sign In.
- Enter your email and password, then tap Sign In.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password and follow the email reset instructions.
Joining as a staff member
Section titled “Joining as a staff member”If a salon owner or admin has invited you, you’ll receive an invitation email with a link. Tap the link to open Glowcheck (or download it first), then:
- Set your name and password on the registration screen.
- Complete the short staff onboarding flow to set your initial availability.
You do not need to create a salon — you’ll automatically be linked to the salon that invited you.
