Managing Services
Services are the treatments and procedures your salon offers. Each service has a duration and price, and is offered by specific staff members at specific workstations.
Only owners and admins can create, edit, or delete services.
Viewing your services
Section titled “Viewing your services”Go to Settings → Services to see your full service menu. Each entry shows the service name, duration, and price.
Adding a service
Section titled “Adding a service”- Go to Settings → Services.
- Tap the + button.
- Fill in the service details.
- Tap Save.
Service fields

Editing a service
Section titled “Editing a service”Tap a service in the list to open its detail view, then tap Edit. Update any fields and save.
Changes to duration and price apply to future bookings. Existing appointments retain the duration and price at the time of booking (which can be customised per appointment).
Deactivating a service
Section titled “Deactivating a service”If you temporarily stop offering a service but don’t want to delete it, set its status to Inactive. Inactive services won’t appear in the booking flow.
Toggle the active status from the service detail view.
Deleting a service
Section titled “Deleting a service”Swipe left on a service in the list and tap Delete. You’ll be asked to confirm.
Services with existing appointments should be deactivated rather than deleted to preserve booking history.
Assigning staff to a service
Section titled “Assigning staff to a service”After creating a service, assign the staff members who perform it:
- Tap the service to open its detail view.
- Tap Staff to view assigned staff.
- Tap Edit to add or remove staff members.
Alternatively, assign services from the staff member’s profile — see Assigning Services to Staff.
Assigning workstations to a service
Section titled “Assigning workstations to a service”- Tap the service to open its detail view.
- Tap Workstations to view assigned workstations.
- Tap Edit to add or remove workstations.
When a service is assigned to specific workstations, only those workstations appear as options during booking.
Suggested services
Section titled “Suggested services”During onboarding, Glowcheck offers a list of common beauty services to choose from. Selecting suggested services pre-fills name, duration, and default price — you can customise them before saving.
After onboarding, you can add services manually at any time.
