Inviting Your Team
Once your salon is set up, you can invite staff members to join. Each person gets their own account with role-appropriate access.
Sending an invitation
Section titled “Sending an invitation”- Go to the Staff tab.
- Tap the + button in the top-right corner.
- Enter the staff member’s email address and select their role (Admin or Staff).
- Tap Send Invitation.
Glowcheck sends an email to the address you entered with a link to register. The invitation appears in your staff list as Pending until they accept.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Your team member receives an email with an invitation link. When they tap it:
- They download Glowcheck (if not already installed).
- They set their name and password.
- They complete a short onboarding flow to set their initial weekly availability.
Once complete, they appear as an active staff member in your salon.
Pending invitations
Section titled “Pending invitations”You can see all outstanding invitations in the Staff tab. Pending invitations show the invited email address and an expiration date.
To cancel an invitation before it’s accepted, swipe left on the pending entry and tap Cancel.
Resending an invitation
Section titled “Resending an invitation”If an invitation has expired or was lost, cancel the existing one and send a new invitation to the same email address.
After they join
Section titled “After they join”Once a staff member has accepted their invitation, you can:
- Assign them to services they’re qualified to perform — see Assigning Services to Staff
- Review or adjust their availability — see Managing Staff Availability
- Change their role if needed — see Staff Roles and Permissions
Roles explained
Section titled “Roles explained”| Role | Can do |

| Admin | Manages appointments, clients, staff, and services on your behalf |
| Staff | Manages their own availability and service assignments; views appointments |
