Changing Your Password

If you log in with email and password

1. Go to Settings → Edit Profile.
2. Tap Change Password.
3. Enter your current password, then your new password, and confirm the new password.
4. Tap Save.

Your password is updated immediately. Use it the next time you sign in.

Password tips

• Choose a password you don’t use on other services.
• Your new password must meet the strength requirements shown on screen.

If you signed up with Apple

If you created your account using Sign in with Apple, you don’t have a Glowcheck password by default — Apple handles authentication.

If you want to set a Glowcheck password (for example, to log in on a device where Apple Sign In isn’t available):

1. Go to Settings → Edit Profile.
2. Tap Set Password.
3. Enter and confirm your new password.
4. Tap Save.

Once set, you can log in with either your email/password or Sign in with Apple.

Forgotten password

If you’re locked out of your account:

1. Open the Glowcheck app.
2. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Check your inbox for a reset email and follow the link to create a new password.

If you don’t receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Make sure you’re using the email address associated with your Glowcheck account.
