Navigating the App

Glowcheck is organized into five main areas, accessible from the tab bar at the bottom of the screen:

Note: Staff members with the Staff role see a simplified view. The full Settings and Staff management screens are visible to Owners and Admins.

The Calendar tab is your day-to-day workspace. From here you can:

  • Browse appointments by day and week
  • Switch between Staff view, Workstation view, and other display modes
  • Tap any appointment to view its full details
  • Tap the + button to book a new appointment

Your entire client list lives here. You can:

  • Search clients by name
  • Tap a client to view their profile and contact details
  • Swipe to call a client directly
  • Add new clients with the + button

View all active staff and pending invitations. From here you can:

  • Tap any staff member to view or edit their profile
  • Invite new team members with the + button
  • Swipe on pending invitations to cancel them

Settings is where you manage everything about your salon and account:

  • Salon Details — name, address, currency, timezone, opening hours
  • Workstations — manage physical stations
  • Services — your service menu
  • Manage Subscription — your Glowcheck Gold plan
  • Appointment Reminders — email reminder configuration
  • Availability — your personal weekly schedule
  • Profile — your name, email, and password
  • Preferences — language, hour format, notifications
