Client Profiles
Tap any client in the Clients tab to open their profile.
What’s on the profile
Section titled “What’s on the profile”- Name — the client’s full name
- Phone number — tap to open the phone dialler
- Email address — tap to open a new email in your mail app
- Notes — any private notes saved for this client
- Email reminders — whether the client is opted in to receive appointment reminders
- Created date — when the client was added to your salon
Contacting a client
Section titled “Contacting a client”Tap the phone number on the profile to call the client directly from Glowcheck. Tap the email address to open your default mail app with a new message pre-addressed to that client.
Editing a client
Section titled “Editing a client”Tap Edit on the client profile to update any of their details — name, phone, email, or notes. Tap Save when done.
Email reminder opt-in
Section titled “Email reminder opt-in”The email reminder toggle on a client’s profile controls whether automated appointment reminders are sent to them. Toggle it on or off depending on the client’s preference.
This setting is separate from your salon’s reminder configuration. A client must be opted in and reminders must be enabled at the salon level for reminders to send.
Only owners and admins can change the opt-in status.
Deleting a client
Section titled “Deleting a client”Tap Delete on the client profile, or swipe left on the client in the list and tap Delete. You’ll be asked to confirm.
Deleting removes the client’s contact record from your salon. It does not erase their appointment history.
Only owners and admins can delete clients.
